We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the subprocessor listed above, as required by law, or with your direction.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. You may still submit a formal “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request, or any other California privacy request, by emailing GEMMS_IT_Staff@harriscomputer.com.
We honor the browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request from California consumers.
Values you enter into the calculator are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers. Hosting-level request logs (such as IP address and page URL) are retained by our hosting subprocessor for a limited period for security and operational purposes, and are then deleted or aggregated.
